Table grapes are one of the fastest growing crops in the country. This crop can be found in the North coast and in the South Coast of Peru.
Peru has more than 5,130 hectares of grapes plantations. The main variety grown is the Red Globe, which can be found from October through February.
In 2009/2010 there were exported over 36,000 tons of grapes.
